Using OpenStax for the first time requires a new instructor to create an account. Please use the following directions:
Go to openstax.org and click “Log in” in the top right corner.
Please click on the “Sign up here” link and select "Educator"
On the next page enter your Marymount Manhattan College email.
Next, check your MMC email for an email from OpenStax check both folders of your email sometimes it is accidentally sent to the spam folder of an email. You will receive an email that contains a PIN number that you can enter to finish setting up your account.
Create a unique password.
Complete your account by providing additional information that will help us verify your instructor status.
New Openstax accounts often take 3-4 business to be proccessed.
